SMS pricing, costs, and ROI can be deceiving and confusing. We designed Roezan to be simple to understand.

Here's how Roezan is different than other providers:

1. All-In-One Pricing (No Hidden Carrier Fees)

Roezan is very competitively priced, but many providers display lower pricing with an asterisk *Carrier fees not included*

Carrier fees actually can represent a substantial portion of your bill, often 15%. With Roezan, we do NOT charge extra for carrier fees, we bake it into our pricing for simplicity.

2. No Extra Fees

Other providers charge setup fees, Brand Registration Fees, Campaign Registration Fees, Monthly Campaign Fees, Phone Number Fees, And Carrier Fees.

At Roezan, our pricing includes everything you need. The only additional charges are if you were to add international sending. See here for more info on International SMS.

3. Roezan Credits Roll Over Indefinitely

If you don't use all your credits in a month, they roll over indefinitely. Many other providers do not offer this, or limit rollover to 1 month. With other providers, if you don't use it, you lose it. We understand you might have fluctuating needs, so with Roezan you always get what you pay for.

4. Roezan Has 10-30X Sending Speeds

All new account are on our new infrastructure Roezan Turbo, which allows you to send up to 35MPS (Messages Per Second). For marketers with big lists, this is the difference between a broadcast taking HOURS to go out, vs minutes with Roezan!

We can also provision a local number for +44 UK, as well as +61 AU. Additional fees apply, you can see more on international SMS here.

Each plan includes a certain amount of credits for use and renews each month. These credits are used every time you send a text.

In our system, a SMS uses 1 credit and MMS uses 3 credits.

If you send SMS messages (above 160 characters) it will count as multiple credits.

The larger plan you purchase, the more you save on price (credits are less expensive).

Also, the credits roll over so no worries about using all yours in a month!

Yes, you can send both SMS and MMS from the Roezan platform.

With MMS you can send pictures, animated gifs, small movies, mp3s, PDFs and more.

Yes, if you do not use all your credits in 1 month, they will roll over to the next month.

Yes, you can also upgrade your plan in your dashboard at anytime.

When you sign up initially, each plan comes with 1 free phone number.
